Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

    1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Authors should submit only manuscripts that have been carefully proofread. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas. Written in English. It is original (no plagiarism) and has never been published in other media proven by Originality Statement.

 

    1. WRITING RULES

      1. The manuscript is written at least 5000-7000 words using Constantia font size 12 with 1.2 spacing on A4 size. (exclude abstracts and references) For more details see the journal template!

      2. Systematics of scriptwriting research results include:

        1. Title

The title uses an effective sentence with a maximum of 15 words and gives a description of the contract number and source of research funding.

    1. Identity of Author

Authors do not need to fill in their identity, email, and affiliation. The Managing Editor will retrieve this information from the submission metadata.

    1. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract contains a brief introduction to the problem, the objective of the manuscript, the research methods, and a brief summary of the result. Abstracts are single-spaced and typed in English at least 150 words to a maximum of 250 words. Written with Constantia font (9 Pt).

    1. Introduction

The introduction should be clear and provide the legal issue to be discussed in the manuscript. Before the objective, the author should provide an adequate background, and a very short literature survey in order to record existing solutions, to show which is the best of previous researchers, to show what you hope to achieve (to show the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the manuscript. In the end, you should explain the urgency and clearly state the aims of your study.     1. Problems

Type your manuscrip question here, First, how .... and Second, .....

    1. Methods

This method is written in descriptive and should provide a statement regarding the methodology of the research, including the type of research, research approach, source of data, and analysis method. The author should explain the mechanism to analyze the legal issue. This method is as much as possible to give an idea to the reader through the method used, this method is optional, only for an original research article.

    1. Discussion

Results should be clear and concise. Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. For more details see the journal template!

    1. Conclusion

The conclusion discusses the conclusions for each topic, ideally revealing the why and how of the issues discussed. This paragraph should aim to explain the reasoning behind the findings and the mechanisms through which the issues impact the subject matter.

    1. Suggestion

The Suggestion addresses solutions offered by the author based on the conclusions.

    1. References

Requirement for references include primary references (at least 20 journals/proceedings); secondary references such as books are allowed in a small number. Regulations/Laws are not counted as references. All references must be written using the Mendeley application in Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (full note) For more details see the journal template.

 

    1. FOOTNOTE AND REFERENCES

Each citation must be included references by using footnotes, and authors must be using Mendeley Desktop application. Penulisan references (bibliografi) ditulis melalui menu insert bibliography.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript is the result of the self-writing (not plagiarism) and has not been submited or published in other journal.

  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document file format.

  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

  4. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring Double-Blind Review have been followed.

  5. The manuscript that already submitted will become an authority of editor, and the editor reserves the right to edit it without changing the content.

  6. If the manuscript is declared that it is eligible, the author has to pay 1.500.000 IDR for the cost of publication.
